Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Neiman Marcus principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank) in every customer interaction
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales goals, and department daily/monthly sales targets
- Maintain consistent high-level customer service by creating and developing excellent customer relationships as the brand expert and department representative
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain comprehensive client information and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales journey—from approach and application through closing the sale and post-purchase follow-up
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling area at all times
- Serve as a positive liaison between Neiman Marcus and designated Account Executives
- Deliver professional make-up and treatment consultation and application services
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
- Demonstrated successful sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
