Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct bespoke skin consultations and professional skin analyses to recommend personalised Natura Bissé regimens and in‑spa treatments.
- Deliver facial and treatment protocols to brand standards, maintaining strict hygiene and safety procedures.
- Manage the client experience from appointment booking to post‑treatment follow‑up, building long‑term relationships and client loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product demonstrations and appropriate upselling.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules using the store’s booking/CRM system.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships.
