Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual sales quotas, vendor line sales goals, and department daily and monthly targets
- Provide expert product recommendations and consultation services, including makeup application and skincare advice
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling system to record, maintain, and leverage customer information and preferences for relationship building and repeat business
- Maintain the beauty counter to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate effectively with team members and coordinate with designated vendor Account Executives
- Execute pre-booked facial consultations and in-house training programs to enhance customer knowledge and drive sales
- Complete the retail transaction and conduct follow-up customer outreach to foster long-term loyalty
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and retail software platforms
- Professional makeup application and skincare consultation expertise
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Sound business judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities
