Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
- Drive individual and vendor line sales targets, event sales objectives, and departmental monthly goals
- Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships as a knowledgeable brand representative and department expert
- Utilize the Saks Fifth Avenue clienteling system to record, maintain, and leverage client information and preferences
- Execute consultative approach from initial client greeting through product application, sales closure, and post-purchase follow-up
- Maintain counter aesthetics and merchandising standards to ensure a clean, welcoming, and professionally presented selling area
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members and designated account executives
- Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance exceeding quota
- Proficiency in makeup application and professional beauty treatment consultation
