Creed Beauty Advisor position in Miami, FL. Luxury fragrance sales and customer advisory role in Dadeland.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized fragrance recommendations to clientele
- Engage in consultative selling to understand customer preferences and occasion-based fragrance needs
- Maintain high-touch customer relationships and facilitate repeat purchases
- Ensure elegant presentation of the fragrance collection and store environment
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury fragrance or beauty retail
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong understanding of fragrance composition, notes, and brand heritage
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, fragrance sales, or beauty advisory; prior experience in a high-end fragrance boutique or department store counter is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; professional training in fragrance, cosmetology, or luxury sales is advantageous but not required.
