Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue customer service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank) consistently throughout each shift
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals, vendor line sales targets, and department daily/monthly sales benchmarks
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through expert product knowledge and personalized consultations on makeup, skincare, and fragrance
- Utilize the proprietary Saks Fifth Avenue clienteling system to record, manage, and leverage client information and preferences to drive personal business growth
- Conduct pre-booked facial consultations and makeup application services to enhance customer experience and drive event attendance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming selling counter that reflects brand standards and encourages customer engagement
- Collaborate effectively with vendor representatives and account executives to maximize line sales and coordinate promotional initiatives
- Demonstrate professional makeup application and skincare consultation expertise
- Work independently to drive business while supporting team members in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics, beauty, or luxury environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets in a retail setting
