Beauty Advisor position at Brickell City Centre in Miami, FL. Join our luxury beauty retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage techniques to enhance client engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive service and follow-up communication
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all beauty categories and brands
- Organize and maintain an immaculate retail display and stockroom
- Contribute to achievement of individual and team sales targets
Qualifications
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to complete product training and obtain beauty certifications

Experience
Retail or beauty industry experience is preferred, though candidates with strong customer service backgrounds and a demonstrated passion for beauty and skincare will be considered.
Education
