Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients based on individual skin types and preferences
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product lines, ingredients, benefits, and application techniques
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics while prioritizing client satisfaction and loyalty
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up engagement
