Role & Responsibilities
- Model Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and department daily/monthly sales objectives
- Develop and maintain superior customer relationships as the brand expert and department representative
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain detailed client information and preferences
- Conduct professional makeup consultations and skincare treatment applications
- Coordinate and execute in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised selling area
- Serve as liaison between Neiman Marcus and designated Account Executive
- Close retail transactions and execute post-sale customer follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance and quota achievement
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and software proprietary to Neiman Marcus
- Professional makeup and skincare consultation and application expertise
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused environment, with preference for cosmetics or luxury beauty sector. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with minimal supervision.

Compensation
