Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised fragrance consultations and one-to-one product recommendations to an affluent clientele.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets, conversion and average-transaction KPIs.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling, appointment management and CRM updates.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising to Creed’s exacting standards.
- Operate the point-of-sale, manage samples, fulfill transactions, and ensure accurate cash and stock handling.
- Support in-store activations, private appointments and product launches; represent the brand at events when required.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, inventory control, and health & safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty or fragrance sales (preferred).
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver high levels of client service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for consultative selling and building long-term client relationships.
- Solid numeracy and proven POS / transaction handling experience.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak season schedules.

Experience
At least 1 year of direct, customer-facing experience in luxury retail or the beauty sector; previous exposure to premium fragrance brands highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in beauty, cosmetics or perfumery is advantageous.
