Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations to a high-net-worth and discerning clientele, translating product knowledge into tailored recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert selling techniques, proactive clienteling and effective follow-up.
- Execute exquisite counter merchandising and visual standards in accordance with brand guidelines, ensuring a compelling presentation of product assortments.
- Manage daily counter operations: stock replenishment, inventory control, POS transactions and accurate sales reporting.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and product testing procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards for beauty services.

Qualifications

- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
