Leading luxury beauty brand in London seeks a Beauty Advisor to provide expert consultations, demonstrations and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client consultations and bespoke product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance ranges.
- Perform in-store demonstrations and application services (makeup/skincare) to showcase product benefits and drive conversion.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate brand storytelling and ingredient/usage guidance with authority.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and client records accurately; support CRM client lifecycle activities.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards, stock presentation and replenishment to preserve the luxury boutique environment.
- Support inventory control, incoming deliveries and loss-prevention procedures while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in beauty, cosmetics or luxury goods, preferably within a prestige brand environment.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a demonstrable history of meeting sales targets.
- Confident technical ability in makeup application and basic skincare assessment.
- Excellent grooming, presentation and verbal communication appropriate to a high-end retail setting.
- Flexibility to work retail shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.

Typically 1–2 years of retail or beauty-industry experience; direct experience with prestige or luxury cosmetics preferred.
Education
