Beauty Advisor - Fragrance Concierge position in San Francisco. Provide personalized fragrance consultations and exceptional customer service in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized fragrance consultations and recommendations to clients based on their preferences and lifestyle
- Educate customers on fragrance notes, profiles, and the artistry behind signature collections
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on building lasting client relationships and loyalty
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the fragrance portfolio and product innovations
- Assist with color matching, application techniques, and product demonstrations
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and process orders accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Passion for fragrance and beauty with demonstrated knowledge of perfumery
