Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge tailored to individual client preferences
- Utilize omni-channel selling tools, digital store technology, and fleet-wide inventory systems to maximize sales across both remote and in-person channels
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion metrics, and wardrobing goals through strategic business planning and proactive client outreach
- Conduct pre-booked facial consultation events, in-house training programs, and leverage social media and digital tools to guide intentional traffic and nurture client relationships
- Maintain a properly merchandised fragrance counter and execute retail transactions with proficiency while adhering to company standards
