Role & Responsibilities
- Model Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
- Drive achievement and exceed individual, vendor line, and departmental sales goals
- Provide expert product consultation and professional makeup application services
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's clienteling system to record, maintain, and leverage customer information and preferences
- Maintain impeccable counter presentation and ensure a welcoming, organized selling environment
- Execute pre-booked facial consultations and in-house training programs
- Build and sustain high-quality customer relationships through attentive service and follow-up
- Collaborate effectively with team members while driving independent business growth
- Serve as liaison between Neiman Marcus, customers, and designated Account Executives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment
- Demonstrated success in exceeding individual sales quotas
- Professional-level makeup consultation and application skills
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and proprietary software systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Sound business judgment and ability to multitask efficiently

Experience
