Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality and cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized engagement
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and styling authority for the Hourglass brand, both in-person and through digital channels
- Showcase products contextually based on client engagement modality (in-store versus remote interaction)
- Utilize selling tools, digital store technology, and omni-channel inventory systems to facilitate sales and client wardrobing
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing objectives through strategic business planning
- Leverage digital tools and social media platforms to connect with clients, generate intentional store traffic, and guide purchasing decisions
- Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes team productivity and positive customer experiences
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales achievement and ability to set and exceed sales goals
- Proficiency with retail technology platforms and digital selling tools
- Styling and beauty retail experience with proven track record of client-focused selling
