Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank) consistently
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and department daily and monthly objectives
- Develop exceptional customer relationships by serving as the brand expert and department representative
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information and preferences for personalized service
- Provide comprehensive product consultation and application services to customers from initial approach through closing and follow-up
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised selling area
- Serve as a positive liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and designated Account Executives
- Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events to drive business growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
- Demonstrated successful sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in professional makeup and treatment consultation and application
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize online clienteling tools and proprietary Saks Fifth Avenue software
- Sound business judgment and organizational capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and strong initiative

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused environment, with demonstrated success in cosmetics sales and exceeding revenue targets. Experience working in fast-paced, team-oriented retail settings with ability to function independently to drive business performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty, cosmetics, or retail management training is a plus.
