Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) with every customer interaction
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and department daily and monthly objectives
- Develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships by serving as the expert brand representative and department authority
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling resource tool to record, maintain, and leverage client information and preferences to drive personal business development
- Provide comprehensive customer service from initial approach through makeup application, consultation, sale closing, and post-purchase follow-up
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring the selling area remains clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised
- Serve as a liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and the designated Account Executive for the cosmetics vendor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
- Demonstrated successful sales experience with proven ability to exceed quota targets
- Professional expertise in makeup application and treatment consultation
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and proprietary software
- Strong organizational and business judgment capabilities
