Role & Responsibilities

  • Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
  • Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, and department sales goals through consultative selling
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships as a brand expert and departmental representative
  • Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information and preferences
  • Deliver professional makeup and skincare consultations and applications
  • Maintain counter standards including cleanliness, organization, and merchandising to create an inviting selling environment
  • Coordinate with the assigned Account Executive and cross-functional team members to drive business growth
  • Execute pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training programs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
  • Demonstrated successful sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
  • Professional proficiency in makeup application and skincare treatment consultation
  • Ability to learn and proficiently utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's proprietary clienteling software and online tools
  • Strong organizational ability and sound business judgment
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while driving independent business ownership
