Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank) in every customer interaction
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals, vendor line sales targets, and department daily and monthly performance metrics
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships as the designated brand expert and department representative
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's online clienteling resource tool to record, maintain, and leverage client information and preferences
- Provide comprehensive beauty consultations from customer approach through product application and sales closure
- Execute follow-up strategies post-purchase to strengthen customer retention and lifetime value
- Maintain counter standards through consistent organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation
- Serve as liaison between Neiman Marcus, clients, and designated Account Executives
- Conduct in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events
- Execute professional makeup and skincare treatment consultations and applications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance and quota achievement
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and software systems
- Ability to deliver professional makeup consultation and skincare application
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and sound business judgment
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and manage beauty counter responsibilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused setting, with demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and building customer relationships. Prior cosmetics or beauty retail experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or beauty industry training is beneficial.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13 to USD 18 per hour.
