Role & Responsibilities
- Model Neiman Marcus service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, and department sales goals through consultative selling and product expertise
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships using Neiman Marcus's proprietary clienteling system to record preferences and drive repeat business
- Provide professional makeup consultation and application services, demonstrating treatment options and skincare benefits
- Execute pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training programs to elevate brand awareness and customer engagement
- Maintain counter aesthetics and merchandising standards to create an inviting, organized selling environment
- Serve as liaison between Neiman Marcus and designated brand Account Executives, upholding brand standards and store reputation
- Close retail sales proficiently and conduct post-purchase follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
