Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank) consistently
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, and department sales goals through strategic selling and event participation
- Establish and nurture customer relationships as a brand expert, utilizing the proprietary clienteling system to record preferences and drive repeat business
- Deliver expert makeup consultation and professional treatment application to clients
- Maintain impeccable counter standards, ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling environment
