Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) to create exceptional customer experiences
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals through consultative selling and product expertise
- Utilize the proprietary clienteling system to record customer preferences, maintain client relationships, and drive personal business growth
- Conduct professional makeup consultations and facial application demonstrations to support product sales
- Maintain a clean, welcoming selling counter environment meeting Saks Fifth Avenue merchandising standards
