Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Saks Fifth Avenue Principles—Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank—in every customer interaction
- Drive and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and department daily and monthly benchmarks
- Establish and maintain exceptional customer relationships as a brand expert and trusted department representative
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's proprietary clienteling resource tool to record, maintain, and leverage client information and preferences to build personal business
- Deliver consultative, high-touch service throughout the customer journey, from initial approach through application, closing the sale, and post-purchase follow-up
- Maintain consistent counter standards, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and professionally merchandised selling environment
- Serve as a liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and assigned vendor Account Executives
- Participate in pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling acumen
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
- Demonstrated success in exceeding personal and team sales quotas
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and proprietary software systems
- Professional expertise in makeup consultation, application techniques, and skincare treatment knowledge
