Beauty Advisor position at Guerlain in Beverly Hills. Luxury skincare and fragrance consultation role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert product knowledge and personalized skincare consultations to customers
- Develop and maintain a clientele base through proactive outreach and relationship management
- Demonstrate product application techniques and benefits through professional consultation
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining the integrity of the luxury brand experience
- Train and mentor junior team members on product knowledge and service standards
- Maintain counter displays and inventory according to brand guidelines

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in luxury beauty retail or prestige skincare consultation

Skills
Experience
3-5 years of progressive experience in luxury beauty retail, prestige fragrance consultation, or high-end department store beauty counters. Prior experience with Guerlain or comparable luxury beauty houses is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in cosmetology, esthetics, or beauty product certification is preferred.
