Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank) in every customer interaction
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department-level sales goals through consultative selling and relationship-building
- Maintain high-level customer service by establishing and developing strong client relationships as the designated brand expert and department representative
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's clienteling resource tool to record, maintain, and leverage client information and preferences to drive personalized business development
- Provide comprehensive makeup and skincare consultation and professional application services from customer approach through closing the sale and follow-up
- Maintain pristine counter standards by ensuring a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised selling environment
- Serve as liaison between Neiman Marcus and designated vendor Account Executive, maintaining professional communication and support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance with consistent quota achievement
- Professional proficiency in makeup consultation, skincare treatment recommendation, and product application
- Ability to operate proprietary online clienteling tools and retail software systems
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused, preferably cosmetics-focused environment with demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas. Prior experience in luxury beauty or department store cosmetics departments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
