Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised skincare consultations and recommend Natura Bissé products and protocols tailored to each client's needs.
- Perform in-store facial and express treatment services in accordance with brand standards and treatment protocols.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets through active clienteling, follow-up and relationship development.
- Maintain an impeccable retail environment: merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and visual presentation aligned with brand guidelines.
- Record client data, treatment notes and sales activity accurately in the CRM/POS system to support loyalty and rebooking.
- Participate in continuous product and treatment training, and represent the brand at events or in spa collaborations as required.
Qualifications
- Vocational certificate or diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, aesthetics or related field preferred.
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail sales and client service; experience in premium skincare or spa environments is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional presentation and service demeanor.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as needed for retail and spa operations.
