- Deliver customer-centric service and expert styling consultation, adapting product presentation for remote and in-person clients
- Achieve personal sales goals, client conversion targets, and wardrobing objectives through strategic business development

- Conduct in-house training programs and facilitate pre-booked facial consultation events
- Maintain an expertly merchandised beauty counter and execute flawless retail transactions
- Leverage digital selling tools, social media, and technology to expand client reach and guide intentional store traffic
- Establish and cultivate new Neiman Marcus accounts whilst strengthening existing customer relationships

Qualifications
- Proven commission sales experience in fashion retail or luxury beauty environments
- Demonstrated proficiency with digital selling tools and omni-channel retail technology
- Expert knowledge of luxury cosmetics, skincare, and beauty brand positioning
- Strong ability to set, strategize, and consistently achieve individual sales targets
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required
