Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality and demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge specific to assigned cosmetics and fragrance lines
- Utilize selling tools, digital store technology, omni-channel inventory systems, and clienteling platforms to drive individual sales and achieve personal sales goals
- Develop wardrobing strategies, execute intentional outreach campaigns, and strategize business growth through technology adoption and digital client engagement
- Conduct in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events while maintaining a properly merchandised and organized beauty counter
- Showcase products differently for remote and in-person clients, adapting presentation techniques to channel and customer preference
- Leverage digital tools and social media platforms to connect with clients, guide intentional store traffic, and maximize client conversion rates
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that supports team success and brand reputation
Qualifications
- Motivated with demonstrated ability to set and consistently achieve sales goals
- Proven experience with commission-based sales compensation models
- Proficiency with technology and demonstrated experience selling to clients using digital tools
- Styling, fashion, and luxury retail experience, with particular familiarity with cosmetics and fragrance categories
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and seasonal peaks
