Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through elevated selling and exceptional customer service, both in-person and via digital channels
- Demonstrate expert styling expertise and brand knowledge while improving sales through technology tools and wardrobing strategies
- Utilize omni-channel selling tools and digital store technology to access fleet-wide inventory and provide comprehensive product solutions
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing objectives through strategic business planning
- Strategize individual productivity through wardrobing initiatives, proactive client outreach, and effective technology utilization
- Leverage digital tools and social media platforms to connect with clients and drive intentional store traffic
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and foster a collaborative work environment with team members
Qualifications
- Demonstrated styling and fashion retail experience
- Experience selling within a commission-based sales environment
- Proficiency with technology and proven ability to sell clients using digital tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain flexible work schedule including weekends and evenings
Skills
Experience
Commission sales experience in luxury or upscale retail, with demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales goals. Experience with technology-enabled selling platforms and remote client engagement preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
