Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and departmental objectives
- Provide expert brand and product consultation, delivering professional makeup application and skincare treatments
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's proprietary clienteling resource tool to record, maintain, and leverage client preferences and purchase history to drive business growth
- Maintain consistent, exceptional customer service from initial approach through post-sale follow-up
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, welcoming, and professionally merchandised selling area
- Liaise effectively with Account Executives and cross-functional team members to optimize vendor partnerships
- Participate in training programs, pre-booked consultation events, and product-specific learning initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or luxury beauty environment
- Demonstrated success exceeding retail sales quotas and building client bases
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and proprietary retail software systems
- Professional expertise in makeup application and skincare consultation
- Strong organizational ability with demonstrated attention to detail
