Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue's customer service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all client interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, and departmental sales goals while maintaining consistent revenue performance
- Build and maintain client relationships through consultative beauty services, makeup applications, and skincare treatments
- Utilize the company's clienteling system to document client preferences, purchase history, and service records to drive personalized business development
- Deliver professional makeup consultations and product application demonstrations that translate to retail conversions
- Maintain counter standards, including merchandising, inventory organization, and cleanliness of the selling environment
- Coordinate with Account Executives and vendor representatives to support in-house training programs and brand events
- Provide follow-up service and account management to establish and nurture long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably cosmetics or beauty-related
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding individual sales quotas
- Professional makeup and skincare consultation and application expertise
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and ability to learn proprietary clienteling software
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced retail setting
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently to drive business results
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment. Previously demonstrated success in exceeding individual sales targets and building clientele within a luxury retail context.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Cosmetics certification, professional makeup artistry training, or advanced beauty education preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.16 to USD 23.95 per hour.
