Role & Responsibilities
- Model Neiman Marcus customer service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) during all client interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual sales quotas, vendor line targets, and department daily/monthly sales goals
- Provide expert consultation on makeup application, skincare treatments, and facial services
- Build and maintain a personalized client base utilizing Neiman Marcus's online clienteling platform to record preferences and drive repeat business
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring the selling area remains clean, organized, and inviting
- Conduct in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events
- Establish new client accounts and act as liaison between Neiman Marcus and assigned Account Executives
- Execute consultative selling approach from client approach through application and post-sale follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
- Demonstrated successful sales track record with ability to exceed quota
- Professional makeup application and skincare consultation expertise
- Proficiency with computerized point-of-sale systems and ability to learn proprietary software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
