Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) to create exceptional in-store experiences
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and departmental sales goals through consultative selling
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by leveraging product expertise and personalized consultations
- Conduct professional makeup applications and skincare consultations to address client needs
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling platform to record customer preferences and drive business development
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and an inviting selling environment
- Serve as a liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and assigned cosmetics brand account executives
- Execute pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
