Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, and departmental sales goals through consultative selling
- Build and maintain client relationships as brand expert using Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling tools
- Conduct professional make-up and skincare consultations and applications
- Manage pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training programs
- Maintain counter merchandising standards and visual presentation
