Role & Responsibilities
- Craft and serve cocktails, wines, and spirits to guests with precision and expertise
- Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and ordering of beverages and supplies
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
- Provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations and engage guests in sophisticated hospitality service
- Train and supervise junior bar staff on cocktail preparation, service standards, and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and mixology techniques
- Professional bartending certification or equivalent formal training
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian
- Experience working in high-volume, upscale hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of food and beverage safety protocols and responsible service practices

Experience
