Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine and other beverages to exacting standards while ensuring speed and consistency during peak service.
- Deliver anticipatory, personalised guest service that reflects luxury-brand standards and encourages repeat visitation and loyalty.
- Maintain bar mise en place: stock, garnish, glassware, and refrigeration to ensure continuous service and visual standards.
- Operate POS and complete cash handling, nightly reconciliation and basic financial controls with accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering and receive deliveries; minimise waste and control cost-of-sales.
- Ensure compliance with local licensing, health and safety regulations and internal hygiene protocols.
- Support private events and busy service periods by collaborating closely with kitchen, floor and management teams.
Qualifications
