Bartender position in New York, FL. Craft premium cocktails in a luxury hospitality setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, and other beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests to understand preferences and make informed beverage recommendations
- Maintain impeccable bar station organization, cleanliness, and inventory management
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Uphold responsible beverage service protocols and verify guest identification as required by law
Qualifications
- Bartending certification or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
