Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, as well as wine, beer and non‑alcoholic beverages, to a consistently high standard.
  • Deliver discreet, personalised guest service, anticipating needs and cultivating a memorable bar experience for affluent and international clientele.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system, manage cash and card transactions accurately and reconcile takings at shift end.

Qualifications
