Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients upon arrival and maintain exceptional service standards throughout interactions
- Collaborate hands-on with clients and Style Advisors on merchandise selection and pulling
- Assist with hanger changes, sizing requests, and alterations coordination
- Partner with clients and Style Advisors on department communication and leased vendor relationships
- Support Studio Services operational processes and ad hoc duties as needed
- Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail and client servicing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and Apple systems
