Associate, Buying Operations position in Singapore. Support procurement and merchandising functions in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support procurement and buying team with order management and supplier coordination
- Monitor and analyse buying operations data to identify process improvements
- Assist in purchase order creation, tracking, and reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, finance, and logistics
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of buying operations
- Contribute to inventory optimisation initiatives and supply chain efficiency
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks
- Understanding of retail operations and supply chain fundamentals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
