Associate, Buying Operations in Bangalore, India – luxury procurement and inventory management role supporting buying operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily buying operations and procurement workflows, including order placement, tracking, and reconciliation
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage lead times, quality standards, and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory data in relevant systems
- Assist in seasonal buying planning and merchandise forecasting activities
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues related to quality, timing, or service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
