Role & Responsibilities
- Process and resolve customer disputes and inquiries related to third-party credit card transactions
- Analyze and research all discrepancies and exceptions in bankcard processing workflows
- Ensure strict adherence to bankcard policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and service standards
- Collaborate with global teams to manage processing backlogs and expedite resolution of payment processing issues
- Generate timely and accurate reporting on chargebacks and associated costs
- Respond to store inquiries regarding chargebacks and disputes, including escalated issues
- Maintain accurate and complete accounting records for bankcard activities across retail banners
- Safeguard company assets by ensuring compliance with all bankcard administration policies and regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of financial work experience with multinational corporations or global in-house centers
- Proven experience with bankcard processing systems (TD, Amex, Chase, PayPal, or similar)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated experience in card processing, including chargeback processing and administration
- Basic knowledge of banking principles and card business operations (preferred)
