Associate Asset Protection Manager opportunity in Troy, MI. Oversee loss prevention and security initiatives within luxury retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive asset protection strategies and loss prevention programs
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments of facilities to identify vulnerabilities
- Investigate suspected theft, fraud, and other security incidents; prepare detailed incident reports
- Train and mentor staff on security protocols, surveillance system usage, and loss prevention procedures
- Monitor CCTV systems and security alerts; respond promptly to suspicious activity
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and external security consultants as needed
- Maintain detailed records of all incidents, investigations, and corrective actions taken
Qualifications
- Proven experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or retail security management
