Role & Responsibilities
- Support merchandise planning for womenswear designer collections, including seasonal assortment and range build.
- Maintain and update forecasts, open-to-buy (OTB) models and inventory plans across channels and regions.
- Produce daily/weekly/monthly sell-through, inventory and KPI reports to inform allocation and replenishment decisions.
- Partner with buying, production, allocation and wholesale teams to translate commercial goals into actionable ranges and delivery plans.
- Monitor product lifecycle and aging, recommending price, promotion or reallocation actions to optimize sell-through and margin.
- Assist with markdown planning, clearance strategies and post-season analysis.
- Contribute to system data integrity (style/master data) and support implementation of planning processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, business, economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years' experience in merchandise planning, buying, allocation or related commercial role within fashion, ideally womenswear ready-to-wear.
- Strong numerical literacy with demonstrable experience building and maintaining financial models (OTB, inventory forecasting).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple product lines and calendars under tight deadlines.
- Clear communicator with proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally (design, buying, production, wholesale, retail).
