Role & Responsibilities
- Support the global footwear brand strategy and translate it into seasonal assortments and go‑to‑market plans.
- Collaborate with design, product development and production to drive sample cycles, fit approvals and quality standards for footwear ranges.
- Contribute to assortment planning, pricing and margin optimisation across regions; model scenarios to meet commercial and brand objectives.
- Liaise with merchandising, retail and wholesale teams to set launch calendars, allocation and replenishment strategies.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, factories and sourcing teams to ensure on‑time delivery and compliance with quality specifications.
- Monitor sell‑through, inventory and KPIs; prepare regular performance reports and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Support marketing and communications to align product storytelling, visual merchandising and campaign assets for footwear launches.
- Manage cross‑functional projects and stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and budgets are respected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, fashion merchandising or equivalent; postgraduate qualification a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product, merchandising or brand roles within footwear, leather goods or fashion luxury.
- Demonstrable knowledge of footwear construction, materials and fit processes.
- Proven commercial acumen with experience in assortment planning, pricing and margin analysis.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and international stakeholders.
