Asset Protection Manager position in Short Hills, NJ. Lead loss prevention and security operations for retail store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive asset protection strategies and loss prevention programs across retail operations
- Oversee security personnel and conduct regular training on theft prevention, emergency procedures, and customer safety protocols
- Monitor surveillance systems and investigate suspected theft, fraud, or policy violations involving merchandise and cash
- Collaborate with store management and corporate security teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures
- Prepare detailed incident reports and loss prevention metrics to track performance against company benchmarks
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail asset protection, loss prevention, or security management
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, inventory control procedures, and point-of-sale security practices
- Ability to lead and motivate security teams while maintaining professional standards
- Excellent investigative and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Experience
3+ years of progressive experience in retail asset protection, loss prevention, or physical security management, ideally within luxury retail or multi-unit store operations
Education
