Role & Responsibilities

  • Own inventory-shortage performance and execute the store-level Asset Protection strategy to minimize loss and protect company assets.
  • Lead and manage investigations into internal and external theft, ensuring compliance with apprehension guidelines and applicable laws.
  • Partner closely with Store Leadership, corporate Investigators, and cross-functional teams to drive awareness, accountability and corrective action.
  • Plan, execute and document audits and annual physical inventory reconciliations; summarize findings and drive remediation with store leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of retail Asset Protection experience, preferably in high-volume or complex retail environments.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership with strong relationship-building, coaching and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to large and diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience supervising and developing diverse teams to meet operational and statistical goals.
  • Proficiency with retail security systems, reporting platforms and productivity software.
