Asset Protection Manager – Boston, FL. Luxury retailer seeking experienced loss prevention professional to lead security operations and protect assets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee loss prevention and asset protection operations across retail locations
- Develop and implement security protocols to minimize inventory shrinkage and theft
- Conduct investigations into suspicious activities, inventory discrepancies, and security breaches
- Manage and train asset protection staff and coordinate with store operations teams
- Monitor surveillance systems and analyze security data to identify vulnerabilities
