Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall safety of employees, visitors and workplace within the Distribution Center
- Assess and respond to emergency situations in accordance with company procedures
- Conduct monitoring and surveillance to identify indicators of internal and external theft, fraud, and other loss
- Lead external and internal investigations and document all incidents thoroughly and accurately
- Prepare incident reports, merchandise recovery documentation, accident investigations and audit records
- Implement and support loss‑reduction initiatives through audits, training and operational controls
- Collaborate with operations teams to support store/distribution programs and compliance efforts
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in loss prevention, asset protection or comparable investigative role
- Customer‑focused approach with proven conflict management and investigative skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to prepare clear reports
- Basic proficiency with standard computer software and incident reporting systems
- Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities and unexpected situations
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, based on operational needs
Experience
At least 1+ year of progressive experience in loss prevention, asset protection or a security/investigative role, preferably within retail or distribution operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary coursework or certifications in criminal justice, security, or loss prevention preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Pittston, Pennsylvania, USA, with easy access to Scranton.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.19 to USD 22.60 per hour.
