Role & Responsibilities

  • Work on-site in the Distribution Center as a member of the Asset Protection team to prevent internal and external theft and fraud.
  • Perform monitoring and surveillance to detect indicators of theft, fraud or other inventory loss.
  • Conduct internal and external investigations, documenting incidents and evidence thoroughly and timely.
  • Prepare and complete incident, recovery, audit and accident reports; maintain accurate case files.
  • Assist in emergency assessment and response to maintain the safety of employees and visitors.
  • Reduce inventory loss through audits, training and partnering with operations teams.
  • Support and participate in broader store and distribution operations programs as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection or related investigative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with demonstrated report‑writing ability.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to manage conflict professionally.
  • Basic computer proficiency; ability to use investigation and reporting systems.
  • Proven investigative and conflict management skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs and to perform on‑site duties in a distribution environment.

Experience

Minimum of one year of hands‑on experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or retail security. Experience conducting investigations, surveillance, audits and preparing formal reports in a retail or distribution environment is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications in security, law enforcement, or loss prevention are advantageous.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.20 to USD 22.60 per hour.
