Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct overnight loss-prevention investigations including covert and overt surveillance to detect, deter and document internal and external theft, fraud and suspicious activity.
- Monitor and review CCTV footage, point-of-sale data and exception reports to identify incidents and trends; preserve and catalogue evidence with strict chain-of-custody procedures.
- Respond to in-store alarms and security incidents; coordinate immediate containment, safeguard merchandise and ensure the safety of employees and clients.
